Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Pennsylvania SLP licensure, or eligible to obtain
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations highly valued
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work positively with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat elementary students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to K-4th grade students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support goals and student growth
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments, progress reports, and therapy notes
• Utilize technology and teletherapy when appropriate to deliver services and track progress
