Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Pennsylvania SLP licensure, or eligible to obtain
- Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations highly valued
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work positively with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat elementary students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to K-4th grade students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support goals and student growth
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments, progress reports, and therapy notes
- Utilize technology and teletherapy when appropriate to deliver services and track progress
