This unique, contract-based opportunity near Wappingers Falls, NY, is ideal for a dedicated SLP with the required NY licensure and TSSLD credential, who is interested in a minimal, flexible weekly commitment. The position focuses on one elementary school student, offering targeted support through structured therapy sessions.

What Were Looking For:

• Current NY SLP license and TSSLD required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• School-based experience and familiarity with elementary student needs
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Comfort with delivering services and participating in meetings via Zoom

Duties Will Include:

• Conducting five 30-minute speech-language sessions weekly with one student
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized therapy plans
• Collaborating with school personnel and guardians to align goals and progress
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on student development as needed
• Following all district and state requirements for documentation and compliance
