Desired Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational staff
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across K-12 grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student learning plans
• Provide direct and consultative services as needed and adjust interventions based on student progress
