Desired Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong knowledge of providing speech, language, and communication support to children and adolescents
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational staff
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across K-12 grade levels

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student learning plans
- Provide direct and consultative services as needed and adjust interventions based on student progress
