Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license required
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will be considered
• Prior experience working in school settings and with K-12 caseloads is highly valued
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations and IEP team input
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in individual and group settings within the K-12 population
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support students educational outcomes
• Document session notes, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer flexible support to ensure the best possible outcomes for a diverse student population
