Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Previous experience working in school settings preferred
  • Comfort and adaptability with K-12 caseloads
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary educational team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
  • Provide group and one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and caregivers to ensure student success
  • Participate in student IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning and communication
