Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in school settings or with K-12 students ideal
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered care

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform individualized intervention plans
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Communicate progress to staff and families, ensuring a shared approach to student success
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and outcomes
  • Offer consultative support to teachers and participate in IEP meetings
