Your expertise in speech-language pathology will serve a diverse caseload, ranging from kindergarten through high school, presenting you with opportunities to develop your skills while impacting students of varying ages and backgrounds. Collaborating with educators and families, youll design and deliver individualized therapy plans, track progress, and contribute to each students confidence and educational success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts SLP license in good standing
  • Prior experience in school settings is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Eagerness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for fostering student growth

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for a K-12 caseload
  • Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize support
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
