Qualifications & Experience:

• Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Prior experience working in schools is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision may be available

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide targeted therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in line with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to therapy plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, sessions, and progress reports
• Provide consultation and resources to school staff regarding speech and language development
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development as needed
