This contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to serve students in grades K-12 near Waller, TX. Youll work within a supportive school environment, collaborating with educators and families to empower learners with the skills they need to thrive.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLP licensure in Texas is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
• Strong foundation in pediatric speech-language therapy
• Prior experience delivering services in a school setting preferred
• Commitment to fostering student growth and collaborating across disciplines
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide screening, evaluation, and individual or group therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized student plans
• Offer consultation and training to staff on strategies and best practices for supporting communication development
• Serve students across kindergarten through high school (K-12)
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as district policies
