Job Description

A contracted Speech Language Pathologist position is available in Waco, Texas, serving a K-12 school environment. This role involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to students, supporting their communication development and educational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in meetings, training, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services.

Schedule and Work Environment:

  • 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week.
