Step into a vital role supporting student communication and learning as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for an upcoming contract assignment. This full-time opportunity, beginning in August 2026 and running through the end of May 2027, centers around serving middle school students with diverse speech and language needs. Bilingual abilities are a plus, though not requiredwhat matters most is your drive to make a difference.

Your background equips you to thrive in this setting if you have:

• A valid SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience or a strong interest in working within school environments
• Familiarity with various speech/language disorders in adolescents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, families, and school staff
• Bilingual skills are beneficial, but not a must

Day-to-day, you will:

• Manage a full-time caseload at a middle school, assessing and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student goals
• Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings and eligibility assessments
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
