Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for California or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CF candidates may be considered
• Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in both individual and small group formats
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Act as a resource for teachers, administrators, and families regarding speech and language development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningfully to multidisciplinary teams
