With a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, youll collaborate with a welcoming team to support students communication needs and help them thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also encouraged
  • Pediatric and teletherapy experience welcomed
  • School-based experience is a plus, but a genuine interest in working with school-age populations is highly valued
  • Strong commitment to advocacy and passion for supporting student growth
  • Recent graduates and seasoned clinicians alike will be considered

Responsibilities:

  • Address speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs for a diverse caseload of K-12 students across two sites
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop IEPs and intervention plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct and consultative services, including teletherapy
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with school guidelines and timelines
  • Participate actively in meetings, staff development, and parent communications
