Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Hold a current SLP license with relevant certification
• Experience working with pediatric clients, preferably in school settings
• Knowledgeable in assessment and intervention for students ages Pre-K through Grade 12
• Comfortable developing and carrying out IEPs in compliance with special education requirements
• Demonstrate strong communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and educational teams
• Organized, adaptable, and flexible in delivering services in early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments and individualized therapy for students across grades Pre-K through 12
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs
• Support students communication, language, and social skills development within school environments
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff to promote carryover of strategies and generalization of skills
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
