Job Description

Take your expertise in speech-language pathology to the next level by supporting students in a highly rewarding school-based contract position. As an onsite Speech Language Pathologist, youll have the chance to deliver meaningful services to a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students, empowering them to reach their fullest communication potential.

Your primary responsibilities will center around assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a caseload of approximately 45-50 students. Youll work closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive, individualized care and support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Georgia Speech Language Pathologist License
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children and pediatric populations
  • Background in evaluation, planning, and implementation of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Well-versed in evidence-based practices for speech and language therapy
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Position Highlights:

  • 35-40 hours per week; consistent daytime schedule during the school year
