Exciting opportunities await for experienced Speech Language Pathologists seeking a dynamic contract assignment serving elementary to middle school students onsite near Cordele, GA. This role offers fulfillment as you impact student communication needs and collaborate with educational teams in a supportive school environment.
Work a full-time schedule of 35-40 hours per week, supporting a caseload of approximately 45 to 50 students. You'll deliver speech therapy services that address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication, helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process and student progress tracking
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Consult with teachers and caregivers to support student success
