Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026/2027 academic year. Offering full-time hours and a collaborative environment, this role provides the chance to make a meaningful impact within educational settings, working onsite and potentially via teletherapy as the assignment nears.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload (specific details to be shared closer to the start date)
- Collaborating effectively with other educational staff, special education teams, and families
- Monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, and contributing to IEP development as required
- Supporting students in achieving their communication and educational goals through evidence-based practices
- Adapting therapy approaches for both in-person and potentially virtual settings
Desired qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology credentials and active state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior school-based experience highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Positive, flexible, and resourceful approach to addressing student needs
