Qualifications and Skills:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Experience working with school-aged children, including assessment and intervention
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfort developing and implementing IEPs while working alongside educators and caregivers
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on each students needs
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions to support communication skills in the classroom
- Track progress and document services in alignment with federal and state regulations
- Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized input for student success
