Job Description

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, including assessment and intervention
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Comfort developing and implementing IEPs while working alongside educators and caregivers

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on each students needs
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions to support communication skills in the classroom
  • Track progress and document services in alignment with federal and state regulations
  • Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each student
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized input for student success
