Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP licensure and credentials in California
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for helping children overcome communication barriers

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports
• Consult with educators and families to support carryover of therapy goals into the classroom and home
• Provide training and resources to staff members as needed
• Stay current with best practices, professional standards, and continuing education
