Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across PreK-12 as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. Youll work with a varying caseload, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to make a genuine impact in a school-based setting. Your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology will be valued in various modalities, including in-person and teletherapy services. Leverage your skills to assess, diagnose, and provide intervention that elevates communication, academic success, and social participation for a diverse group of learners.
Qualifications and Certifications
- Active California SLP license or CA CTC required
- CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
- Knowledge of pediatric and school-based SLP best practices
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists
Core Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language services to PreK-12 students across a 37.5-hour, 5-day week
- Conduct individualized assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
- Manage a dynamic caseload
- Collaborate with school staff and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer both in-person and remote services as needed
