Skills & Qualifications:
- Active California SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Experience in pediatrics, specifically within educational or healthcare settings
- Proficient in teletherapy services as well as on-site interventions
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads, documentation, and IEP processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of students with varying speech and language needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Deliver both direct therapy services and consultative support, on-site and/or via teletherapy platforms
- Maintain accurate records and participate actively in IEP meetings
