Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current state licensure as an SLP
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly desirable
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams, students, and families
• Organizational skills to manage caseload, documentation, and scheduling

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students individually or in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with educational and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and staff development as needed
• Provide support, consultation, and training to school staff on communication strategies
