Key Requirements:
- Current, valid California Speech Language Pathologist License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Interest in working in a school-based environment; prior school experience a plus, but not required
- Strong dedication to student support and advocacy
- Enthusiasm for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team setting
- Openness to serving students grades K12 at one location
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students across K12
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain thorough documentation
- Partner with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
- Utilize evidence-based teletherapy and in-person practices as needed
- Support student growth and wellbeing in a positive school culture
