You'll also play an essential leadership role, supervising a dedicated SLPA while managing a diverse caseload.
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active IN SLP license and DOE Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience or capability to provide professional supervision to an SLPA
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy for Early Childhood/PreK students, tailored to individual goals
- Evaluate, monitor, and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Supervise and mentor the SLPA, ensuring effective service delivery and professional growth
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students language development
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy and special education
