Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience providing speech therapy services to pediatric or school-based populations
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across various age groups
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student needs
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress in classroom settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups
  • Offer consultation and strategies to teachers on supporting students speech-language development
