Job Description

As a Speech-Language Pathologist serving a pediatric caseload, youll collaborate with a passionate team of educators and professionals dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through effective assessment and intervention.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcomed
  • Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services
  • Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and complete required reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Contribute to meetings and provide professional recommendations regarding speech-language needs
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy and participate in ongoing professional development
