Job Description

Make an impact by supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in an onsite, contract position with flexible options for caseloads and preferences. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP-CCC credential
  • Current Alabama SLP-CCC license
  • Alabama educator certification
  • Previous school-based experience, or a passion to serve K-12 students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for service planning
  • Manage a manageable caseload with the support of a Clinical Advisory Team
