Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress.
  • Engage in curriculum development and support literacy initiatives across classrooms.
  • Identify students in need of early intervention services and provide targeted support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Provide supervision and guidance for student clinicians, clinical fellows, and SLPAs.

Desired qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification, or eligibility for certification.
  • Previous experience in school settings is a plus, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
