Required Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license or ability to obtain one before starting
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
• Comfortable providing services across various age groups: Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School
• Familiarity with IEPs, case management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Maintain compliant and detailed documentation of student progress and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student success in both academic and social settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and strategies
• Deliver both individual and group therapy in accordance with school schedules and caseload requirements
