Required Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license or ability to obtain one before starting
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
- Comfortable providing services across various age groups: Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School
- Familiarity with IEPs, case management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Maintain compliant and detailed documentation of student progress and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student success in both academic and social settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and strategies
- Deliver both individual and group therapy in accordance with school schedules and caseload requirements
