Desired Skills and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain certification
• Experience working in schools with children from early childhood through high school levels
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and consulting
• Ability to adapt strategies to diverse student needs and learning styles
• Passion for empowering students in their communication and language goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels (Pre-K, K-5, 6-8, and 9-12)
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs
• Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support comprehensive educational goals
• Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings and reports
• Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities
