Job Description

In this part-time, highly flexible role, you'll work with a young adult who has transitioned to a group home environment, supporting their continued communication goals through make-up services. Key Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts SLP license required
  • Experience providing speech-language services in school or similar settings
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible, part-time schedule

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver make-up SLP services to a single student over the age of 18 in a group home setting
  • Design and implement treatment sessions tailored to the individual's needs
  • Maintain up-to-date and thorough documentation of all sessions
  • Coordinate with the director to agree upon a schedulework anywhere from 5 to 15 hours weekly
  • Adjust service delivery as needed to complete all make-up requirements by March or until the designated hours are fulfilled
