Qualifications & Desired Background:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for School Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings
  • Familiarity with elementary student needs, K-4 caseloads, and IEP processes
  • Comfort with a range of service delivery models, including in-person and remote/teletherapy
  • Collaborative spirit to work alongside teachers, parents, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth speech/language assessments for K-4 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Document accurate progress and maintain IEP compliance
  • Deliver engaging therapy, supporting language, articulation, and social communication skills
  • Provide consultation and resources for teachers and families to promote student success
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
