Job Description

This rewarding, contract-based opportunity invites a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in grades K-4, collaborating closely with educators and families to foster communication growth and academic success.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong expertise in pediatric speech therapy and bring working knowledge in both traditional and teletherapy settings. Whether youre an SLP-CCC or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year, your skills will help children thrive and give them a stronger voice in the classroom.

What you'll bring:

  • Active or eligible SLP license
  • CCC-SLP or strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcomed
  • Experience supporting elementary-age children, preferably in a school environment
  • Confidence providing teletherapy and in-person services
  • The ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create effective IEPs
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and documentation skills, with a flexible and solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct therapy to K-4th grade students
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on student progress
  • Collaborating with school staff and parents to support student needs
  • Maintaining thorough, timely records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Offering both on-site and virtual services as needed
