Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
- Clinical experience with pediatric populations or within school settings
- Knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies for children and adolescents
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt services for students with varying needs across different grade levels
Your Role and Daily Impact:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students ranging from Pre-K through high school
- Assess, document, and track student progress using evidence-based practices
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals

- Maintain accurate records and comply with school policies and state guidelines
