What Were Looking For:

• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license required.
• Experience working with students across Early Childhood, Kindergarten, Elementary (K-5), Middle (6-8), and High School (9-12) is a plus.
• Familiarity assessing, planning, and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, staff, and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in designated grade bands.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and update IEPs and maintain accurate documentation.
• Consult with teachers and staff to support integration of communication strategies in the classroom.
• Deliver therapy tailored to individual and group needs.
• Participate in parent meetings, staff collaborations, and ongoing professional development.
