Make a difference in students lives by providing essential speech-language services across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Support a diverse K-12 population and positively impact educational outcomes within three school buildings. As the caseload is thoughtfully split, youll deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring students of all ages and needs receive personalized care.
What Youll Bring:
- Current, active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
- Valid SLP Certificate (CCC-SLP strongly preferred)
- Experience working with K-12 students or in school-based settings
- Adaptability to work across multiple schools and handle varying caseloads
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with staff and families
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions weekly (16 individual, 37 group)
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students from elementary through high school
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and growth
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team discussions
