Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Pennsylvania (PA) Teaching Certificate required
  • Valid SLP Certificate (CCC-SLP strongly preferred)
  • Prior school-based SLP experience welcomed
  • Comfort working with K-12 students across a variety of settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services as outlined in IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
  • Maintain accurate records and therapy documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
