Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or relevant SLP school experience
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in an elementary school environment
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and collaborative communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and learning profiles

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students identified with speech and language needs
  • Complete screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and school requirements
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that empowers student success
