Job Description

Step into an engaging school-based contract role, collaborating across elementary, middle, and high school settings to support K-12 students speech and language development. This opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact, managing a varied caseload in a collaborative and supportive educational environment.

In this role, you will serve three different school buildings, working with a diverse population and age range. The caseload consists of 55 thirty-minute sessions weekly, including 16 individual treatments and 37 group sessions. You'll help students develop effective communication skills, track progress, and partner with fellow educators and families for student success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Pennsylvania (PA) Teaching Certificate
  • Valid SLP Certificate (CCC required)
  • Previous experience providing speech-language therapy in school settings (K-12 preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working with varying caseloads and adapting to different age groups

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy across three campuses, ensuring continuity of care
  • Conduct assessments and develop clear, individualized plans for each student
  • Lead both group and individual sessions, tailoring therapy to student needs
  • Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEPs and progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a positive learning environment
