Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of California (CA SLP License Required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children across diverse backgrounds
  • Demonstrated skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration within educational settings
  • Effective communicator, team player, and committed to student success

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
  • Provide direct therapy and intervention to support student progress
  • Document services and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and ongoing professional development
  • Support teachers with strategies for in-class success and effective communication
