Bring your expertise to both assessment and direct therapy sessions, working closely with students and contributing directly to their academic success. Youll collaborate with educators and families throughout the IEP process, ensuring each student's unique communication needs are met effectively and compassionately.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current certification and PA licensure required
- Experience in middle and/or high school settings preferred
- Previous work in Pennsylvania schools is a plus
- Comfortable conducting assessments and providing direct therapy
- Ability to participate actively in IEP meetings
- Clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in grades 612
- Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports
- Develop, implement, and update IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer recommendations
