As an SLPA, youll provide essential support, helping students achieve important communication milestones and succeed in the classroom. The position follows a caseload model, ensuring you can focus on individualized student needs and build meaningful connections. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An active California SLPA license
  • Experience or enthusiasm for working with school-aged children

  • Ability to follow supervision guidelines set by the SLP

Key responsibilities include:
