Job Description

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Active California SLP licensure required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Background in pediatric speech therapy and experience within school settings
Familiarity with developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs
Comfortable supporting a diverse caseload spanning all grade levels (K-12)
Effective communicator with students, parents, and multidisciplinary staff

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students with varying needs
Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Write and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to each student
Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
Advocate for student needs and participate actively in IEP meetings and team discussions
