Step into an impactful role supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while working a steady, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Youll work alongside a collaborative team of educators and therapists, using your expertise to help children reach their communication and learning goals in a supportive school environment.

To be successful in this role, candidates should bring:

• Active California SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Pediatric experience, ideally in school-based settings
• Strong skills in individualized assessment and intervention planning
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations from kindergarten through high school
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting student assessments and developing tailored treatment plans
• Delivering direct therapy to individuals and small groups across K-12 grades
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student progress
• Completing required documentation, progress reports, and IEPs promptly and accurately
• Participating in staff meetings and professional development to further your skills
