Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Previous experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings is preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Comfortable adapting therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication, articulation, language, and speech disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and prepare reports as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic student care
• Participate in meetings, parent conferences, and case consultations as needed
• Educate and empower school staff and families on supporting student communication goals
