Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with schools across Arizona to hire full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year. We currently have multiple openings available throughout the Phoenix metro area and Tucson, offering therapists the opportunity to work with supportive educational teams and student populations across various grade levels.

Student population in grades K-7
Full-time onsite position
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy services
Complete evaluations and assessments for students
Develop and monitor IEP goals and therapy plans
Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers
Maintain accurate therapy documentation and compliance records
Participate in IEP meetings and student progress discussions
Minimum Qualifications
Active Arizona Speech Language Pathologist license
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage caseloads effectively within a school setting
