Key Qualifications:
- Current Arizona SLP certification required
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Open to SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows (CFY) with backgrounds in healthcare or pediatrics
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' unique speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and participate actively in IEP meetings
- Track student progress carefully, adapting interventions as necessary
