Job Description

This full-time, contract position is for a Speech Language Pathologist serving a K-12 school in Trussville, AL. The role involves providing onsite speech-language services throughout the contract school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy interventions to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Current Alabama SLP License required
  • Credentials: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and School SLP certification preferred
  • Experience working within school settings with diverse student populations
