This rewarding contract opportunity offers 32.5 hours per week serving both middle and high school students in a dynamic educational environment. To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid Connecticut SLP license
- Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Have previous experience or comfort working within a school setting
- Demonstrate skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability for working across different grade levels
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct therapy and intervention for middle and high school students
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
