Youll work closely with preschool-age students (3-5 years old), creating innovative and individualized therapy plans while fostering a collaborative relationship with teachers and families.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active New York SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Relevant school-based experience welcomed, with a strong grasp of best practices for working with preschoolers
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Dedication to supporting childrens growth in a diverse, nurturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students speech, language, and communication needs through formal and informal assessments
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each students unique goals
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to student progress
• Maintain up-to-date records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the student support team
