Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for Michigan state certification
• Experience working within a school setting, especially elementary grade levels (K-5)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Energy, empathy, and adaptability to meet a variety of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and set student-specific therapy goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students both one-on-one and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support students progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
