This part-time role is based on-site, working with elementary-aged students throughout the academic year. Qualifications:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license in Virginia
• Prior experience working with school-aged populations, especially elementary students, preferred
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with students, teachers, and families
• Satisfy all district-specific credentialing requirements, including a TB test and background check performed on-site with district HR

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students at the assigned elementary campus
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines
• Document and report on student progress, maintaining compliance with all state and district regulations
• Collaborate with an engaged school team to promote student achievement and wellbeing
