Skills & Experience Sought:

• Valid Florida Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required
• Eligibility for or possession of SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and parents
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students PreK-12
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver targeted therapy
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes to both staff and families
• Provide support and training to classroom staff to support students language development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations and planning
