Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in pediatric therapy, especially within school settings
• Skilled in developing and adjusting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Comfortable serving learners from early childhood through high school
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Positive, flexible attitude and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among a variety of age groups
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote optimal learning and communication outcomes
• Deliver engaging one-on-one and group sessions using evidence-based practices
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and support the transition of students across grade levels
• Educate families and staff on strategies to reinforce speech and language goals
