What We're Looking For:
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of childhood speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to student growth and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnosis of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise for team-based interventions
