What We're Looking For:

• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
• Strong understanding of childhood speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated commitment to student growth and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnosis of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise for team-based interventions
