Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience working with pediatrics, especially within school-based settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and IEP requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions within the school environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
• Educate staff and families about speech and language development
